PLOT SUMMARY

When two scurrilous and incompetent members of the IRA come to Miami to do business, they are confronted with more than they can handle as they stumble their way through an arms deal gone awry and an encounter with the equally incompetent law enforcement. When lives are at stake, festering cultural hatreds begin to over-rule all other plans and desires.
